Corpay is currently looking to hire a Business Development Manager – Partnerships, within our Allstar Business Solutions division. This position falls under our Fuel & Fleet Payments line of business and is a field-based role.
In this role, you will deliver proactive, high-quality partnership management to a portfolio of blue-chip Leasing companies strengthening our long-term partnerships. Your primary objective will be to grow both lead generation and generate incremental revenue & volume through new business acquisition. You will play a key role in supporting customers as they transition their fleets from fossil fuels to electric vehicles (EV), while also addressing broader mobility payment needs. Success in this role will require strong commercial awareness, sales expertise, and a commitment to exceptional customer service. This is a field-based position combining home working and regular face-to-face customer visits.
How We Work
Our business operating hours are Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5.00pm. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:

Role Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include:
- Manage and develop relationships with large, FN50 Leasing organisations.
- Increase lead generation, through partnership collaboration.
- Identify, engage, and close enterprise sales opportunities.
- Support customers in transitioning to EV and broader mobility solutions.
- Deliver compelling presentations and strategic partnership reviews.
- Collaborate with product and technical teams to provide tailored solutions based on customer needs and market insights.
- Drive revenue growth and multi product penetration through the partnership channel.
- Support tender submissions and bid preparation.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in strategic partnership development, or strategic sales, ideally with large and complex organisations.
- Strong commercial awareness and sales acumen.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.

- Background in payment solutions.
- Experience in fuel, fleet, oil, energy sectors.
