Corpay is currently looking to hire a Team Lead – Airline Crew Operations within our lodging division. In this role, you will lead and manage the daily activities of Airline Crew Operations, ensuring productivity, compliance, and superior client service. You will report directly to the Crew Operations Manager and regularly collaborate with Crew Operations Supervisors and the Director.
As a Team Lead, you will be expected to work in a remote environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:
- Assigned workspace is remote
- Formal, hands-on training
The responsibilities of the role will include:
- Leading and managing daily Airline Crew Operations activities
- Monitoring interactions that impact client relationships
- Answering calls, processing requests, and resolving inquiries
- Ensuring timely resolution of client issues related to crew operations
- Keeping staff focused on tasks and prioritising client volume
- Collaborating with supervisors and directors to ensure staff training
- Participating in projects, workgroups, and team events
- Assisting with overflow work in Crew Operations as needed
- Monitoring workflow and airline queues
Qualifications & Skills:
- Ability to teach others and work effectively in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking
- Ability to develop, report, interpret, and act on key metrics
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Workspace, and internet tools
- Prior experience as a subject matter expert in call centre policies and procedures preferred
- Previous experience in hospitality or retail industries is a plus
