Corpay is currently looking to hire a Commercial Payments/Product Operations Analyst within our Corpay Complete division. This position falls under our corporate payments line of business and is located in London. In this role, you will support two Product teams by ensuring smooth product delivery through strong operational execution, documentation ownership, KPI reporting, and coordination with both external partners—particularly Visa—and internal stakeholders. You will report directly to the Product Leadership team and regularly collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, Compliance, Finance, Sales, and Customer Support teams.

Your role

What you'll be doing

  • Product operations & delivery support
    • Supporting the operational set-up of new product features across the organisation
    • Maintaining delivery hygiene including actions, RAID logs (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies), timelines, status reporting, and release readiness checklists
    • Facilitating recurring ceremonies and forums such as sales updates, trainings, and marketing support sessions
    • Tracking progress against milestones and proactively chasing inputs to keep delivery moving
  • Documentation & product enablement
    • Creating and maintaining high-quality product documentation, including feature notes, release notes, customer guides, FAQs, and process runbooks
    • Maintaining Visa and scheme-related documentation and internal compliance artefacts
    • Owning the single source of truth for product artefacts in SharePoint, ensuring version control and discoverability
    • Supporting go-to-market readiness by coordinating internal enablement materials with Sales, Customer Success, and Support
  • Visa scheme liaison & external coordination
    • Managing the day-to-day operational relationship with Visa for scheme-related activities
    • Tracking queries, documentation requests, compliance deliverables, and deadlines
    • Coordinating meetings, agendas, minutes, and follow-ups with external partners
    • Maintaining a log of scheme changes and ensuring internal awareness
    • Supporting scheme-mandated tasks such as product updates, reporting requests, and certification or attestation activities in partnership with Compliance and Operations
  • KPI reporting & product insights
    • Producing and maintaining regular product KPI dashboards and reporting packs on a weekly and monthly basis
    • Tracking product performance and operational health metrics including spend and volume, active accounts and cards, transaction success rates, chargebacks and disputes, authorization rates, customer adoption, feature usage, and delivery metrics
    • Assisting with ad-hoc analysis to support business cases, prioritisation, and quarterly planning
  • Stakeholder management & cross-functional coordination
    • Acting as a coordination point between Product Managers and cross-functional teams
    • Ensuring timely and consistent stakeholder communication around status, risks, dependencies, and decisions
    • Supporting product reviews, steering updates, and customer or partner feedback loops
  • Continuous improvement
    • Identifying and implementing improvements to product team workflows, templates, reporting automation, and intake processes
    • Supporting governance and auditability by ensuring key decisions and approvals are documented

Qualifications & Skills

  • 2-3 years in financial services (preferably cards or payments but not essential)
  • Evidence of supporting B2B products to market
  • Evidence of project management and key stakeholder management discipline
  • AI proficient a preference
  • Good use of data, analytics and reporting
  • Strong Microsoft Office and communication skills
