Corpay is currently looking to hire a Client Project Executive within our PayByPhone division. This position falls under our Corporate Payments line of business, located in Hatfield, UK. In this role, you will be leading and delivering operational projects that enhance efficiency, scalability, and cross-functional collaboration across PayByPhone. This role drives process improvement, supports key business initiatives, and contributes to operational excellence in all markets. In this role, you will be reporting to the Global Client Operations Director.

As a Client Project Executive, you will be expected to work in a hybrid environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:

Role Responsibilities
- Planning managing, and executing operational projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and objectives
- Partnering with cross-functional teams to identify process inefficiencies and develop scalable solutions.
- Developing detailed project plans, including milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation.
- Monitoring project progress, identify risks, and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
- Communicating project status, issues, and outcomes to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives and establish best practices for operational processes.
- Utilizing data and KPIs to evaluate project success and operational performance.
- Leading meetings, facilitating workshops, and ensuring alignment across multiple departments.
- Managing change control processes and ensure documentation of all project phases.
- Supporting budget tracking and vendor management for operations-related initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, Project Management, or related field.
- Minimum 4–8 years of experience in operations, project management, or process improvement (depending on seniority).
- Proven experience leading cross-functional projects or operational initiatives.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Excellent people skills: the jobholder will deal with clients at all levels (and occasionally customers) and must be a good ambassador for PayByPhone and its products.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, Jira, MS Project).
- PRINCE 2, Lean Six Sigma, or similar certification preferred.
