What We NeedCorpay is currently looking to hire a Business Development Associate . This position falls under our Cross Border line of business and is located in London, UK . In this role you\’ll collaborate with a high‐performing sales team to foster new business opportunities in North America within the foreign exchange arena, delivering industry‐leading currency risk management and global payment solutions to small‐medium sized businesses across the continent. You will report directly to the Director of Business Development and regularly collaborate with account managers and other sales team members to deliver these solutions.

Role Responsibilities
Position conversations towards business owners, C‐suite executives, and finance leaders, articulating customized solutions for their currency risk management and global payment needs.
Execute a high volume of daily outreach to potential customers through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn messaging to qualify and book meetings with new leads, or disqualify them as needed.
Measure performance on the number of booked first appointments and other KPIs.
Collaborate with a high‐performing sales team to foster new business opportunities in North America within the foreign exchange arena.
Deliver industry‐leading currency risk management and global payment solutions to small‐medium sized businesses across the continent.
Create new business opportunities while advancing your sales skills and career in foreign exchange and financial services.
Qualifications & Skills
0–4 years of experience in customer service, inside sales, or a similar position.
Post‐secondary education or relevant work experience.
Highly self‐motivated, competitive, and driven to generate new business opportunities.
Intuitive, strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial spirit.
Collaborative and skilled at building strong client and internal relationships.
Coachable, able to incorporate and implement feedback quickly.
Strong interest in finance and global markets; experience or background in agriculture is an asset.
Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and prospecting). Excellent time management.
Positive mindset and willingness to succeed in a highly competitive and demanding environment.
Ability to work in a collaborative setting and sell yourself effectively to Corpay.
