Corpay is looking to hire a Support Engineer to support key business applications by managing system alerts, troubleshooting issues, and assisting both internal teams and clients.

As a Support Engineer, you will manage and resolve system alerts, troubleshoot issues, and support both internal teams and clients. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to maintain and improve system reliability, perform debugging, root cause analysis, and system optimisation.

Role Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for system alerts and issues raised by clients or internal teams.
  • Investigate system alerts, analyse logs, and gather data to diagnose and resolve issues effectively.
  • Use tools like Datadog and other monitoring platforms to detect and respond to system anomalies.
  • Collaborate with other departments (Settlements, Compliance, Client Services, and Connectivity teams).
  • Manage incidents in line with SLAs, ensuring timely resolutions.
  • Analyse system logs, debug issues, and identify root causes.
  • Create and run scripts to query databases.
  • Work with APIs to debug integration issues.
  • Document common issues and resolutions.
  • Improve system performance and workflows.
  • Communicate directly with clients when needed.
