ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a collaborative, high-performing Sales & Trade Marketing Specialist EMEA to support sales and marketing activity across a portfolio of markets within the EMEA region. Reporting to the Sales Manager EMEA, you will be the go-to person for distributors, retail partners, and localized marketing execution across our EMEA Markets, of which we don't yet have a direct presence.

Your main playground will be distributor relationships, localized marketing campaigns, retail activations and high-impact events.

YOUR PLAYGROUND

  • Be the go-to person for distributors across your assigned EMEA markets. Monitor sell-through performance, manage reorder cycles, demand forecasting, and ensure product availability.
  • Own distributor communication, serving as the primary point of contact to selected business partners. Communicate delivery timelines, product availability, and new product launches while maintaining strong business relationships.
  • Plan and execute localized marketing campaigns, community events, and retail activations, tailored to each market's unique culture and consumer behavior.
  • Represent COROS at trade shows, expos, and community events across your markets. Plan booth setup, product demonstrations, and partner engagement activities.
  • Conduct ongoing research on competitor activity and consumer trends. Provide actionable insights to shape regional strategy and product allocation.
  • Oversee retail display standards, POS material deployment, and merchandising consistency across partner stores in the region.
  • Track KPIs, including activations, sell-through rates, campaign ROI, and distributor performance, to measure business health and identify growth opportunities.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE STARTING LINE

  • Professional Background
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience within the sporting goods industry across Sales, or Trade Marketing.
  • Multi-Market Exposure: Proven experience managing or operating across different European markets and regions simultaneously is a big plus.
  • Category Knowledge: Experience within the Running and Cycling categories is a significant advantage.
  • Key competencies: Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with the ability to solve complex operational challenges independently and communicate clearly and concisely.
  • Analytical skills: Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of translating sell-through and POS data into strategic action plans.
  • Other Key Requirements
  • Brand fit: Sports enthusiasm and genuine excitement to help us elevate sports performance for everyday and elite athletes through technology.
  • Language: Fluency in Business English (written and spoken). Additional European languages are a plus.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel for key trade events and market visits, including occasional weekend availability.
  • Location: Being based in Europe, preferably in the UK (Manchester area).

  • Work-Life Rhythm: This role is tied to the pace of the sports calendar and trade show season. To make up for work during weekend events, COROS offers days off in lieu so you can recharge.
  • Start Date: We are ready when you are.

PACKAGE & BENEFITS

  • Work in a dynamic, motivated, and growing team.
  • Creative freedom and space for independent work.
  • Flat hierarchy with short decision-making processes.
  • 25 days of paid vacation plus standard local holidays.
