About the Role
COROS is growing its team and looking for a UK Operations Manager based in the UK. This individual contributor position plays a crucial part in ensuring efficient and high-quality operational support for our global team. The ideal candidate will have strong project management expertise, hands-on experience in UK logistics, the ability to collaborate across international teams and timezones and will speak Mandarin Chinese fluently.
Your playground:
- Manage 2B order processing from creation to fulfillment to ensure timely and secure deliveries, and be the main in-house contact point for our 2B customers.
- Manage the implementation of third-party logistics (3PL) partnerships for warehouses within the UK, including process integration.
- Continuously improve UK logistics and warehouse operations by monitoring performance and refining processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inbound and outbound shipments and inventory management.
- Troubleshoot operational challenges such as inventory discrepancies and shipping delays, maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.
- Analyze logistics and operational data to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other teams such as sales, customer service, and supply chain teams as well as our Chinese headquarter and global business headquarter in the USA to align operations with business needs.
- Provide data insights and reports on UK logistics and warehouse performance to support decision-making.
- Lead, mentor, and develop our Operations & Return Specialist UK.
