This is a new opportunity working directly with a partner hiring for this position.
The role involves managing the statistics team, overseeing onboarding, performance, and development, as well as supporting internal projects and employer branding efforts.
Ideal candidates will have experience in HTA, Registry, Epidemiology, or clinical trials statistics.
This is primarily an on-site role requiring 3 days per week in the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management: Oversee onboarding, performance assessments, promotions, salary reviews, disciplinary actions, and training.
- Implement and monitor the line management structure.
- Manage onboarding and off-boarding of staff.
- Non-Client Activities: Lead training, mentoring, internal projects, and support HR/marketing initiatives.
- Identify needs for internal projects like macro development and AI implementation.
- Employer Branding: Act as the main contact for HR/Marketing on branding efforts.
- Support for Statistical Project Managers: Assist with proposal costing and development.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in statistical team management or similar roles.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in clinical research organizations or consultancy preferred.
- Experience with project management and internal project delivery.
- Familiarity with employer branding and HR/marketing support.
- Ability to work effectively in office and remotely.
