What Will I Do?
As a Junior Power Operations Analyst you will be responsible for the analysis and interpretation of data from a variety of sources, identifying anomalies as appropriate. Working alongside internal stakeholders, and a number of third-parties you will support the resolution of customers’ queries, always ensuring customer data is up-to-date and accurately reflects our billing systems.
What Skills Do I Need?
This role would be ideally suited to someone who is highly numerate with a great eye for detail and is comfortable working with large datasets. Ideally you will already have a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and be able to learn our internal database systems and processes.

Working Pattern
This role is based in our Coventry City Centre offices and is Monday to Friday, with an hour for lunch. There is no evening or weekend working for this role.
