About the role:

We are looking to hire an enthusiastic sales driven individual to join our growing Renewals Sales team. The duties included are:

  • Manage the sales inbox, committing contracts and sending confirmations before the end of each day.
  • Liaise daily with customers and brokers by phone and email.
  • Achieve individual and team targets to renew SME gas and power accounts, helping to develop and grow our portfolio.

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following experience:

  • Proven sales experience with strong negotiation skills.
  • The ability to process a high volume of information accurately to meet SLA timeframes and KPIs.
  • Excellent communication skills, with confidence in dealing with customers and internal stakeholders both by phone and email.
  • Can multitask and prioritise workload effectively.
  • Prior knowledge of the energy industry is not required; full training will be provided.
