- We are looking for an organised and customer-focused
- COO Co-ordinator to join our
- Change of Ownership team
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end Change of Ownership process, ensuring customer requests are handled accurately, efficiently, and within agreed service levels.
You will work closely with customers and internal teams to maintain excellent service and ensure all ownership changes are processed correctly.
Key Responsibilities
- Log and process Change of Ownership requests.
- Manage incoming queries via email, telephone, and post.
- Maintain and organise the Change of Ownership mailbox.
- Prepare and issue customer documentation and correspondence.
- Update records and customer accounts accurately.
- Request and verify supporting documentation from customers.
- Support the team in achieving departmental service levels and objectives.
- Handle general customer enquiries and direct complex cases appropriately.
- Identify and escalate issues impacting customer service or processes.

Working Pattern
In this role you will be able to work on a hybrid pattern, with Tues-Thurs in the office and Monday and Friday at home. Our standard office hours are 0830
1700, Monday to Friday.
