The Role As SME New Business Team Leader , you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and retention. You will lead, motivate, and develop a dynamic SME new business sales team, ensuring exceptional performance and smooth operations across the sales lifecycle. You will work cross-functionally to deliver company-wide goals while promoting a culture of excellence and innovation.
