The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 ÂŁ per year.

We are looking for an Administrator with proven experience to support our sales team in the management of data tracking, email and query resolution and preparing contractual information.

The successful candidate for this role will:

  • Already have experience in using Microsoft packages; Outlook and Excel in particular and be generally IT literate (able to learn new systems bespoke to our industry).
  • Be comfortable with the accurate processing of a high volume of information to meet deadlines (SLA timeframes and KPI’s).
  • Already be an excellent communicator, able to work with internal and external stakeholders over the phone and by email, as a representative of our brand.

If you have worked in an administrative function previously, we would be keen to hear from you. Prior knowledge of the energy industry is not required, as full training will be provided.

Working Pattern

In this role you will be able to work on a hybrid pattern, with Tues-Thurs in the office and Monday and Friday at home. Our standard office hours are 0830 – 1700, Monday to Friday.
