About the role: We are experiencing a time or growth and transformation resulting in seeking an experienced Reporting Manager. This role will be instrumental in building a best-in-class reporting function to streamline and centralise a reporting model that supports clear decision-making. This is a strategic leadership position that will shape our data culture and make a lasting business impact. Key role and responsibilities: Lead and inspire a team of BI Developers and Analysts to deliver high-quality, impactful reporting Engage with stakeholders to define and implement a business-wide MI/BI strategy and reporting roadmap Establish and operate a central Reporting Shared Service β€” delivering trusted, unified data across the organisation Oversee the design and operation of Power BI dashboards and analytics tools to support business performance Champion data governance, process documentation, and reporting best practices via a Centre of Excellence Support technical data tasks including SQL modelling, ETL/ELT pipelines, API integration, and automation using Python Drive a high-performing, data-literate culture β€” influencing change and encouraging data-driven decision-making Ensure compliance with all regulatory, legal, and internal policies while delivering excellent internal service Skills and experience required: Demonstrated experience leading and motivating technical reporting or BI teams Proven ability to influence business performance through data and analytics.
