About the role: We are looking for a PMO Lead to establish, evolve, and lead a high-performing PMO function across Corona Energy. This isn’t just about managing projects — it’s about delivering real business value, enforcing project governance, and owning change and release management across the enterprise. As PMO Lead, you will drive the strategic planning and execution of our project portfolio, embed governance frameworks, and lead a team of project professionals. You will collaborate closely with senior stakeholders, delivering clear insight, structured roadmaps, and develop a culture of continuous improvement. This role is critical in aligning our project delivery with business goals and requires a confident, experienced professional who thrives in a fast paced environment. Key role and responsibilities: Build and Lead the PMO Function: Establish and mature a scalable, high-impact PMO aligned with business strategy Governance & Control: Define and enforce project governance, change control, and release management across all initiatives Strategic Planning: Develop and maintain a business-aligned multi-year project roadmap; prioritise projects based on strategic value Tooling & Automation: Implement and manage project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, DevOps, etc.) to streamline reporting and execution People Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Project Managers and Analysts with a focus on structure, performance, and delivery.
