We are looking for Operation Analysts to join our growing team in Coventry.

Working as a part of a dynamic operations department, you will work to deliver high quality insight and analysis throughout the customer (meter) lifecycle. By interpreting data from a varied number of sources both internal and industry facing, you will be experienced in query management and resolution as well as the monitoring of operational risk.

The successful applicants for this role will already have experience of working in the energy industry, ideally from a B2B supplier however this is not essential. You will also need to be comfortable working with large datasets and using analytical tools (advanced Excel / data modelling) to inform your results.

Working Pattern

This role is based in our Coventry City Centre offices and is Monday to Friday, 0830-1700 with an hour for lunch. There is no evening or weekend working for this role.
