About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven IT Business Analyst to join our Projects team. You will work closely with stakeholders across the business to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, analyse data, and help deliver strategic solutions that enhance efficiency and performance.

What you will be doing day to day:

  • Engage with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements
  • Document requirements through workshops, interviews, and research
  • Analyse data to extract meaningful insights and inform decision-making
  • Create process flows, use cases, and reports with clarity and accuracy
  • Support meetings to present findings and shape project direction
  • Collaborate on solution development and project planning
  • Manage your workload effectively and meet key deliverables
  • Continuously build your knowledge of the energy sector and BA best practices

  • A degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science or equivalent of 2 years work related experience
  • Enthusiasm for business analysis, technology, and process improvement
