You will provide administrative and legal support across a broad range of activities, including contract management, legal research, corporate governance and compliance matters. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative and legal support to the General Counsel and Legal department Assist with the preparation, formatting and proofreading of commercial contracts and legal documents Liaise with internal stakeholders including Sales, Operations and Compliance teams to gather information and support legal matters. Conduct legal research and assist with legal projects as required. Maintain accurate records, filing systems and legal documentation. Support contract lifecycle management processes, including contract tracking and signature coordination. Assist with privacy and data protection matters, including GDPR-related activities. Support the maintenance of corporate governance records and company documentation. Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Undertake any other duties reasonably required by the Legal Team and management. Skills
