  • We are looking for an experienced

Operational Trainer to join our team and help develop the knowledge, skills and confidence of colleagues across the business.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate trainer who enjoys creating engaging learning experiences, supporting new starters, and helping teams perform at their best.

You will work closely with stakeholders across the business to deliver impactful training, support operational change, and drive continuous improvement.

What we're looking for

  • Experience delivering operational, technical or role-specific training.
  • Strong facilitation, presentation and communication skills.
  • Experience creating training materials and learning resources.
  • The ability to quickly understand new systems, processes and technical information.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • A proactive, organised and solutions-focused approach.

Experience within customer service, operations, sales or other fast-paced environments would be advantageous, as would experience with LMS platforms, digital learning tools or regulated industries.

Working Pattern

This role is based in our Coventry City Centre offices and is Monday to Friday, with an hour for lunch. There is no evening or weekend working for this role.
