As our Operations Deputy Team Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our Operations department. You’ll be helping deliver high-quality service throughout the meter lifecycle — analysing data, solving queries, driving process improvements and supporting your team to deliver excellence.

What you'll be doing:

  • Ensuring seamless delivery of back-office processes across the contract-to-cash lifecycle
  • Driving continuous improvement to enhance customer experience
  • Building strong working relationships with third-party providers
  • Supporting ad‑hoc projects, reporting and new initiatives
  • Identifying value-add opportunities and delivering measurable impact
  • Coaching and developing colleagues through 1:1 support
  • Helping coordinate daily team priorities to achieve KPIs
  • Ensuring risk controls are effective and consistently reviewed

Working Pattern

In this role you will be able to work on a hybrid pattern, with Tues-Thurs in the office and Monday and Friday at home. Our standard office hours are 0830 – 1700, Monday to Friday.
