The Quantitative Risk Analyst will be part of the Quantitative team in the Risk & Reporting department and will play a central role in process automation, controls and reporting, as well as quantitative risk analysis. This role involves complex problem solving by developing and implementing mathematical models to support decision making in energy risk management and pricing.

The right candidate is expected to apply quantitative methods with a high degree of technical competence and demonstrate the proven ability to translate theoretical concepts into practical, real-world solutions. The successful candidate will bring a naturally inquisitive mindset, with the ability to drill into detail, perform thorough root-cause analysis, and identify insights. They will also play a part in helping to raise the team’s overall analytical and modelling capabilities.

Working Pattern

In this role you will be able to work on a hybrid pattern, with Tues-Thurs in the office and Monday and Friday at home. Our standard office hours are 0830 – 1700, Monday to Friday.
