We are looking for an experienced Operational Trainer to join our team and help develop the knowledge, skills and confidence of colleagues across the business. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate trainer who enjoys creating engaging learning experiences, supporting new starters, and helping teams perform at their best. You will work closely with stakeholders across the business to deliver impactful training, support operational change, and drive continuous improvement. Experience delivering operational, technical or role-specific training. Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills. Experience within customer service, operations, sales or other fast-paced environments would be advantageous, as would experience with LMS platforms, digital learning tools or regulated industries. This role is based in our Coventry City Centre offices and is Monday to Friday, 0830-1700 with an hour for lunch.
