We are looking for Account Executives to join our Midmarket Customer Service team to work with a portfolio of Midmarket SME customers, and be the first point of contact via phone and email. If you are experienced in working with customers and providing an excellent level of service, we would love to hear from you. We have both permanent and fixed term contract roles available.

The role:

In this role you will maintain focus on providing “customer first” experiences, by building relationships and ensuring excellent management of both the customers’ queries and their expectations, working towards SLA targets. This is a fast-paced environment so you will already be someone who works well in a busy team, and who can adapt to changing situations and customer demands.

Working Pattern

In this role you will be able to work on a hybrid pattern, with Tues-Thurs in the office and Monday and Friday at home. Our standard office hours are 0830 – 1700, Monday to Friday.
