Location: Hybrid (Northampton)

Salary: Up to £82,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and design technical solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of payment solutions.
• Evaluate and recommend technology stacks and frameworks to enhance system performance, scalability, and security.
• Provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to best practices and governance standards.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather and understand requirements, translating them into actionable architectural designs.
• Stay up to date with emerging trends in the payments industry, proactively suggesting innovations and improvements.
• Mentor and guide development teams, ensuring seamless integration of architectural designs into implementation.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Proven experience as a Solutions Architect, with a strong background in the financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce, Salesforce technologies and Salesforce development.
• Familiarity with
• Strong understanding of API design and integration, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or similar).
• Proficiency in architectural frameworks and methodologies (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman).
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in the financial and payments industry.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering scalable and efficient solutions.
