My client, a leading Private and Commercial Bank is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer/Lead to join their London based team on a permanent basis.
You will join the Client & Marketing Systems team alongside numerous Salesforce specialists managing the future growth and strategy of the Salesforce platform within the business. Salesforce is at the core of this business and they need someone with the gravitas to influence senior management on where the platform is up to.
You will also be responsible for acting as the escalation point across the platform whilst leading the development of the platform from a hands-on perspective.
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Multiple years of experience in a similar role as a hands-on Senior Salesforce Developer/ Tech Lead within Financial Services
- In depth knowledge of Salesforce Development
- Experience working with technology leads to drive development, strategy & transformation
- Strong Stakeholder Management, and ability to influence upwards
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
