PMO – Digital, Payments, Regulatory, Agile, Change Management, Technology, Strategy, Stakeholder Management, Financial Services – Northampton (3 days a week) – Permanent – £50,000 – £60,000 Base + Bonus + Benefits

My client, a leading Financial Services organisation have a key permanent requirement for a PMO to join a critical Programme of work in their Northampton based office.

You will be working across a time critical, large scale FCA regulatory programme of work with a number of key projects within this that need mobilising. These will be cross functional, global teams that are part of the broader digital and payments services within the bank, with touch points across multiple senior stakeholders. Proven PMO experience on large scale technology / regulatory programmes will be of huge benefit. The programme operates in a mix of agile and waterfall environments, and you will be pivotal in ensuring execution across the portfolio of work.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven PMO experience, preferably within a large-scale organisation (Financial Services or Blue Chip)
  • Appreciation of software delivery experience (SDLC)
  • Excellent stakeholder management
  • Proven experience managing multiple project work streams
  • Strong experience managing and implementing change projects
  • Agile and waterfall methodology exposure
