IT Support Analyst – Investment Management – Up to £400 p/d Inside IR35
Our client, a leading Investment Management firm based in the City of London, are looking for an IT Support Analyst to join them on an initial 6-month contract. This is a great opportunity to play a key role in providing IT support and contribute to the implementation of IT projects within a fast-paced, professional environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide 1

line technical support and triage of incidents reported by the Service Desk. - Accurately log all support requests and faults in the IT ticketing system, ensuring timely updates and resolutions.
- Diagnose and resolve both software and hardware issues across all key platforms and in-house applications
- Oversee third party works at datacentres and carry out maintenance and hardware installations where necessary.
- Support the delivery of key projects and initiatives working closely with both internal technical teams and external vendors.
Key experience required:
- Minimum 5 years in a user facing technology support role.
- Advanced knowledge of IT systems, applications, and processes of a Windows environment.
- Prior experience supporting Front Office and VIP users.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff in a clear and friendly manner.
- A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving and team support.
