We are partnering with a specialist retirement and life insurance provider seeking a Director of Investment Operations and Reporting on a permanent basis. In this role, you will oversee day-to-day investment operations, lead change initiatives, and drive process improvements across both Middle Office and Back Office functions. You will also be responsible for short-term liquidity risk management, including developing and implementing the risk framework and policies governing liquidity. In addition, you will manage and report on derivative and reinsurance collateral, ensuring accurate monitoring, compliance, and robust governance.
Responsibilities

- Lead change initiatives and drive process improvements.
- Manage short-term liquidity risk, including developing and implementing risk framework and policies.
