Claims Adjuster – US Casualty – London Markets – Permanent – Hybrid – £60,000 – £80,000

A leading Lloyd’s syndicate is seeking a Claims Adjuster to join their established and high-performing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in US Casualty claims who enjoys problem-solving and working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage US Casualty claims of varying complexity.
• Ensure accurate and timely updates across Lloyd\’s Market claims systems
• Communicate key claims insights to underwriters and internal stakeholders
• Build strong relationships with brokers, clients, and third-party experts

Required Experience

• Proven experience handling US Casualty claims
• Strong knowledge of London Market systems (e.g. ECF)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• ACII part-qualified or working towards (preferred but not essential)
