Senior Blockchain Engineer – Smart Contracts, Web3, APIs, Node.js, Go, Rust, Solidity, DeFi – Global Investments – Remote – up to £850 outside IR35

We are working with a growing Global Investment organisation, who are seeking a Senior Blockchain Developer to join their team on a contract basis, supporting the build of a new digital platform.

The successful candidate will be tasked with building secure, scalable smart contracts and backend systems powering tokenized assets and multi-chain infrastructure.

Required skills:

5+ years of backend/blockchain development (including 2+ years on live smart contract deployments)
Deep understanding of EVM architecture, blockchain consensus, gas mechanics, and DeFi primitives.
Proficiency with Solidity and tools such as Hardhat, Ethers.js, Web3.js, or Foundry.
Experience integrating blockchain features into real-world financial or investment products.
