An AI Conversation Designer is urgently sought after by a global Investment Manager to lead a greenfield project to craft and build a new AI Chatbot to be utilised across all digital channels within their retail investment business, replacing a traditional Chatbot that no longer meets business needs.
The aim of this new AI Chatbot is to improve both customer satisfaction and self-service capabilities, being able to pull data from multiple sources and translate complex financial jargon into easily understandable terms that will help advise.
Base pay range: Up to £600 per day PAYE - Contract role - 12 months - London or Manchester.
