Our client, a leading global media organisation renowned for their exhibitions, conferences, and digital marketing services, are seeking an experienced Advertising Operations Executive to join their team.
You will play a key role in ensuring the seamless execution of digital and print advertising campaigns, working closely with internal teams and clients whilst overseeing ad operations, campaign management and performance optimisation.
Key responsibilities:- Oversee the trafficking, creative asset uploads, and troubleshooting of digital ads across various platforms.
- Set up, monitor, and refine campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring maximum performance and return on investment (ROI).
- Work collaboratively with clients and internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Content) to ensure campaign success.
- Provide regular insights and recommendations based on campaign data, working alongside the data team to drive continuous improvement.
- Resolve issues related to ad serving, tracking, or tagging to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Strengthen relationships, identify upselling opportunities, and contribute to business success.
- At least 1-2 years’ experience in an advertising operations role, with expertise in managing digital advertising campaigns.
- Familiarity of ad platforms, including Google Ads, LinkedIn, display networks, and ad servers.
- Ability to track, analyse, and optimise campaign performance.
- Exceptional organisational skills, capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Excellent communication, with a track record of building strong client and stakeholder relationships.
