Our client, a leading media business based in London, is seeking a Dynamics CRM Developer to join their team on a permanent basis.
The primary purpose of this role is to develop, customise and configure the CRM in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Engagement module). You will focus on enhancing and streamlining business processes, building configurations and workflows and ensuring these processes are effectively implemented in the system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Owning the CRM strategy and ensuring alignment with current business strategies and growth plans.
- Developing and executing a roadmap for CRM implementation, including defining project scope and milestones.
- Creating functions using JavaScript and leveraging C# and the .NET framework for plugin development.
In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and collaborate with technical and change teams to deliver software solutions that align with the organisation’s business needs.
