Project Manager / Business Analyst – Service Transition – £650/day | Inside IR35 | Remote | 6-Month Contract A leading Publishing and Information Analytics company is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager / Business Analyst to lead a Service Transition initiative on an initial 6-month engagement. This critical project involves transitioning services from one third-party provider to another , requiring strong leadership, analytical thinking, strong dependency tracking experience and structured delivery planning to ensure minimal disruption to the businesses service operations and strong coordination with teams in Legal and Procurement. They are also seeking someone with process-orientated BA skillset to support on a customer journey mapping project which will play a key part in their Customer Success part of the business. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end service transition between third-party vendors Lead customer journey mapping to support a user-centric service design Develop and implement a framework and structured processes for the transition Create storyboards and visual models to illustrate service evolution and impact Track and manage dependencies across teams, systems, and vendors Ensure documentation, governance, and communication plans are in place and adhered to Key Skills Proven experience delivering Service Transition projects as a BA or PM Strong background in process design, journey mapping, and framework development Confident managing dependencies and aligning cross-functional teams Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management Experience in publishing, digital content, or analytics industries is a bonus This is a great opportunity to be part of an exciting transformation period, driving structured service delivery and seamless transitions through process-driven problem solving. #J-18808-Ljbffr
