Advertising Operations Executive – Digital Campaign Management, Ad Tech, Defence, Marketing, Events, Data – London, Hybrid, Permanent, £30-35k base + bonus

Our client, a leader in global events, backed by one of the world's most respected private equity firms, are looking for an Advertising Operations Executive to join their ambitious and dynamic team as part of their defence portfolio.

This is an opportunity to genuinely build, shape, and optimise the advertising function across high-profile platforms and digital channels. This is a rare chance to work at the intersection of digital advertising and the defence sector.

You'll be hands-on from day one, ensuring campaigns deliver measurable impact while laying the foundations for long-term scalability and providing you a clear career trajectory to leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Manage digital advertising campaigns end-to-end across web, newsletters, apps, and programmatic channels.
  • Work on digital campaigns connected to international events in a high-profile sector and across various platforms (AdRoll retargeting, Google Ad Manager, Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Monitor performance, analyse data, and make optimisations to maximise ROI.
  • Establish efficient ad operations processes and reporting frameworks.
