At Hendra Court, we are searching for a dedicated Night Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join our supportive and friendly team. You will be working in a 50 bed nursing home which supports both end of life and individuals living with dementia. Your Role as a Night Nurse:
As a Registered Nurse on night duty, you will be working alongside another Registered Nurse and play a key role in ensuring the wellbeing, safety, and comfort of our residents overnight. You will lead the care team, manage clinical duties, and handle any concerns or changes with professionalism and compassion.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing care delivery and supervising the night care team
- Administering medication and managing treatment plans
- Carrying out nursing procedures (e.g. catheter care, wound care, blood monitoring)
- Monitoring residents' condition and updating care records
- Responding promptly to any medical or emotional needs overnight
- Taking charge of the home in the absence of the Home or Deputy Manager
- Maintaining a peaceful, respectful environment for residents at night
What You'll Need:
- A kind, compassionate, and patient-centered approach
- Active NMC PIN (RGN or RMN)
- Excellent clinical, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and make confident decisions overnight

Pay:
- £26.78 per hour (Weekdays)
