Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Being fully aware of each resident\’s medical, psychological, and social needs
- Taking ownership of care plans by assessing, implementing, and regularly evaluating residents\’ needs in line with company policies and best practice
- Leading and supervising a team of Health Care Assistants, ensuring they deliver care to the highest standards
- Participating in ongoing training and development to maintain and enhance clinical skills and professional performance
- Undertaking drug rounds safely and efficiently, ensuring medication is administered at prescribed times and supplies are adequately maintained
- Carrying out nursing procedures such as venepuncture, blood glucose monitoring, catheterisation, wound care, and vital signs monitoring
- Taking charge of the home during the absence of the Home Manager or Deputy Manager

Pay Scale
- £25.75 per hour
- £32.19 per hour (Weekends)
- £51.50 per hour (Bank Holidays)
