You will
- Lead and coordinate the care team during your shift
- Administer and audit medication safely
- Support care planning, reviews, and risk assessments
- Monitor residents\' wellbeing and escalate concerns appropriately
- Mentor and supervise team members
- Help maintain high standards in line with CQC requirements
- Take charge of the home in the absence of the Home Manager or Care Coordinator

What We're Looking For
Essential
- Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification or above qualification
- Minimum 2 years\' experience in the care sector
- Experience administering medication
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Good understanding of safeguarding and person-centred care
- Ability to build positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
- Eligible to work in the UK and able to provide original documents for a DBS check
Desirable
- Experience with care audits and quality monitoring
- Knowledge of CQC standards and Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (Do LS)
- Restore2, First Aid, and Fire Warden training
