We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Administrator to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial administration and a commitment to accuracy. You will play a vital role in managing financial processes and supporting the overall financial operations across our group of companies.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update financial and supplier records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Processing supplier invoices, completing statement checks and issuing invoices.
- Collaborate with other team members to provide financial information and support.
- Provide general administrative support to the group of companies.
- Complete accuracy checks on information to ensure accurate department information.
- Any tasks that are required on an ADHOC basis to support the operations.
- Completing weekly occupancy reports.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Finance Administrator or in a similar general administrator role.
- The ability to follow procedures and work within a team.
- Experience with financial software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
