Your Role
As a Healthcare Assistant, you’ll play a vital part in our residents’ daily lives, supporting not just their care needs, but also emotional reassurance, happiness and wellbeing. You will help residents to:

What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing personal care with dignity, respect, and kindness
- Building genuine connections with residents

- Monitoring wellbeing and health, reporting any changes

- Keeping clear and accurate care records

Pay Scale
- £13.00 per hour
- £16.25 per hour (weekends)

- Enhanced rates with Care Certificate
- Higher rate for Care Certificate – if you don’t have your Care Certificate yet, we’ll support you to achieve it!
