Your Role

As a Healthcare Assistant, you’ll play a vital part in our residents’ daily lives, supporting not just their care needs, but also emotional reassurance, happiness and wellbeing. You will help residents to:

  • Maintain their independence wherever possible

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Providing personal care with dignity, respect, and kindness
  • Building genuine connections with residents
  • Supporting activities that bring joy and purpose
  • Following personalised care plans
  • Monitoring wellbeing and health, reporting any changes
  • Working closely with your team and healthcare professionals
  • Keeping clear and accurate care records

Pay Scale

  • £13.00 per hour
  • £16.25 per hour (weekends)
  • £26.00 per hour (bank holidays)
  • Enhanced rates with Care Certificate
  • Higher rate for Care Certificate – if you don’t have your Care Certificate yet, we’ll support you to achieve it!
  • £13.50 per hour
  • £16.88 per hour (weekends)
  • £27.00 per hour (bank holidays)
