About The Role

We are seeking compassionate and motivated individuals to join our in-house agency team as an Agency Senior, with responsibilities including:

  • Providing high-quality care

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver personal care while maintaining dignity, privacy, and respect
  • Administer medication in line with policies and training
  • Lead shifts and support team members when required
  • Engage residents in meaningful activities and conversations
  • Provide person-centred care tailored to individual needs
  • Carry out wellbeing checks in line with care plans
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and healthcare professionals
  • Maintain accurate digital care records
  • Report incidents, concerns, or changes promptly

Essential Requirements

  • Minimum Level 3 qualification in care or above
  • Previous care experience (senior experience desirable)
  • Own transport
  • A caring, empathetic, and compassionate nature
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Good written English and basic IT skills
  • Flexible, positive, and adaptable approach
  • Commitment to ongoing training and development
  • Strong understanding of safeguarding responsibilities

Pay Rates

  • Day Shifts: £15.43 per hour
  • £19.29 per hour (Weekends)
  • £30.86 per hour (Bank Holidays)
  • Night Shifts: £16.44 per hour
  • £20.55 per hour (Weekends)
  • £32.88 per hour (Bank Holidays)
