We are looking to appoint a full-time outstanding Teacher of Geography who can inspire and excite students in their learning of Geography. You will be joining a well-resourced department that is driven by our focus on raising achievement. Geography is a popular option at GCSE and the post offers outstanding opportunities for continuous personal and professional development for a highly motivated and ambitious teacher. This is an exciting opportunity for an ECT or experienced teacher.

The person appointed would be supported by the Head of Geography and the team of Geography specialist teachers. We also work closely with the other Humanity subjects to support progress and learning across all key stages. As well as our state-of-the-art facilities and innovative teaching aids, we have an exciting programme of trips, visits, visitors and extra-curricular activities. Cornwallis Academy values positive working relationships and seeks individuals who will support this ethos.
