We are looking for a reliable and friendly Part-Time Admin Assistant to join our small, hardworking team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers and helping keep a busy workplace organised and running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Serving customers who visit the yard
- Answering phone calls and responding to enquiries
- Taking customer orders and providing quotes
- Processing orders and invoices using Sage Accounting Software
- Arranging deliveries and collections
- Liaising with the sawmill and other team members
- Assisting with general admin tasks to support day-to-day operations
What We Are Looking For
- Friendly and professional manner with customers
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Basic computer skills
- Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team
- Experience with Sage is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided
