Exeter Community Initiatives' Family Resource Project is a person-centred, trauma-informed service that supports families by working with parents, children and young people to access services, develop new skills and build happier, healthier homes.
The organisation is seeking to recruit a Family Support Worker to deliver its work across Cornwall. This is a fixed-term position for 10 hours per week, running until March 2028. The role offers flexibility, with hours able to be worked around other employment and family commitments.
The successful candidate will have experience of direct family work and possess excellent assessment and interpersonal skills, enabling them to build positive and effective relationships with parents and their children. A strong commitment to safeguarding, social inclusion and collaborative working is essential.
