This role provides strategic leadership for a significant and growing area of CRCC’s work, with responsibility for shaping an ambitious, inclusive and sustainable education and training offer across Cornwall.
You will lead the continued development of Learn Your Way, Work Your Way and associated programmes, ensuring high‑quality delivery alongside a strong focus on innovation, growth and future service design within this theme of work for CRCC.
The role combines strategic oversight, organisational leadership and external influence, ensuring CRCC is well positioned within local systems, partnerships and commissioning environments.
You will play a key role in developing new opportunities, strengthening partnerships and increasing CRCC’s reach, impact and income in this area.
