RJ Working is seeking a Young People’s Project Worker to support youth-led developments in West Cornwall, including Penzance and Camborne/Pool/Redruth.

You will work with young people, schools, colleges and partners to foster climate and nature conversations, youth events and community action.

The role focuses on developing confidence, communication, teamwork and restorative skills.
