Location: West Cornwall (Penzance & Redruth)
RJ Working is looking for a Young People’s Project Worker to support youth-led project developments in West Cornwall (especially Penzance, and Camborne/Pool/Redruth).
You will work with young people, schools, colleges and community partners to support climate and nature conversations, youth-led events, community action and the development of confidence, communication, teamwork and restorative skills.
We are looking for someone who is thoughtful, reliable, organised, creative and interested in helping young people make positive change in their communities. Experience of working with young people would be an advantage. We would particularly welcome applicants who understand West Cornwall and the wider Cornwall context, including the challenges and opportunities young people may face around rural isolation, transport, access to services, education, employment, community life, climate and nature.
