We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join a community-based service in Cornwall. This role focuses on delivering optimal, person-centred care while supporting service efficiencies and reducing reliance on long-term care packages. The successful candidate will work directly with adults in the community, carrying a caseload and completing regular face-to-face assessments and interventions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake community-based occupational therapy assessments
