We are looking for reliable and compassionate Support Workers who are fully flexible throughout the week to cover random ad hoc shifts. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety and needs flexibility in their schedule.

  • Shifts vary from 4 to 14 hours each day
  • Work available across weekdays and weekends
  • Ideal worker will be able to pick up multiple shifts throughout the week
  • Weekly pay every Friday
  • Flexible, ad hoc work to suit your availability
  • Supporting males with PWS (Learning Disabilities, Non-Verbal, Brain Injuries, Short Term Memory Loss)

Requirements:

  • Must be fully flexible and sometimes available on short notice
  • DBS – Adults
  • Training Certificates – Manual Handling and Safeguarding as a minimum
  • Experience in care or support work is essential
  • A caring attitude and commitment to supporting others
  • Reliability and good communication skills
